Registration and Enrolment

Fees and Payment

Programme fees are stated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are payable in advance. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Payment terms:

• Full payment is required before the programme start date
• We accept payment by card and bank transfer
• All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund minus administration fee
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: no refund
• If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of solar-trace or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
